evaporator coil.
EASY START/SOFT START INSTALLATION………….$379.99
Prolong the life of your RV air conditioner and improve your power consumption needs by
reducing the high amperage draw when you’re A/C compressor starts. Great for boondocking

Appliance Services:
APPLIANCE COURTESY INSPECTION.............$159.99
We will check your appliances to make sure they are operating efficiently and safely. This
service includes: check for proper operation: water heater, furnace, refrigerator, range/oven,
rooftop air conditioners.
FURNACE SERVICE............$219.99
Recommended annual service for safety and efficiency. This service includes: clean main burner
orifice; clean blower wheel; clean/Inspect/Adjust electrode assembly; test module
board/inspect and clean board contacts; clean and inspect combustion chamber; inspect fan
motor; clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casing.
REFRIGERATOR SERVICE…………...$139.99
Recommended annual service to maintain trouble-free operation and long life. This service
includes: check refrigerator for properly ventilation (roof and sidewall); clean and adjust gas
burner and orifice; inspect heating element; inspect and test door seals; check LP pressure and
proper voltage; clean vents and baffles.
WATER HEATER SERVICE...............$119.99
Recommended annual service for safety and efficiency. This service includes: check condition of
anode rod; check PTR valve; adjust burners and electrodes; check thermocouple; check module
board; check complete operation; check burner assembly and remove any nests, bugs, webs,
etc.

REPACK WHEEL BEARINGS

Recommended annual service to prevent wheel bearing and brake failure. This service includes:
brake shoe, bearing, and brake magnet inspection; clean and repack wheel bearings; adjust
brake linings, as needed; verify the operation of the electric brakes and emergency break-away
switch.
Generator Services:
GENERATOR OIL CHANGE

Most manufacturers recommend changing your generator’s oil after the first 20 hours, and
then every 150 operating hours (or every 12 months) to maintain trouble-free operation and
long life. Change oil and filter; service includes required oil and filter. If needed, generator
removal and any additional parts will be an extra charge. *OEM Maintenance Kits are
recommended for Onan generators, and are available at an extra charge.
GAS GENERATOR SERVICE................................$249.99*
Clean and check battery and connections; visual inspection of exhaust system; clean spark
arrester; verify CO detector and operation; check air filter — replace as necessary; change oil
and filter; perform load test; check fuel filter/replace as necessary. If needed, generator
removal and any additional parts will be an extra charge. *OEM Maintenance Kits are
recommended for Onan generators, and are available at an extra charge.
Inspection Services:
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INSPECTION...................$159.99
Perform every 6 months to prevent electrical failures and maintain safe operation. 12 volt, hot
skin test, all lights, monitor panel, 110-Volt system polarity, converter operation and output,
shore cord and circuit breakers and generator operation and output.
45-POINT INSPECTION......................................$299.99
Includes comprehensive inspection points in these areas. Check inverter and/or converter;
check all electrical outlets; check generator system; check plumbing for leaks and proper
operation; check LP systems; check all appliances.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION (PDI).................$399.99

WINTERIZATION..........................$129.99
Protect your investment form the harsh winter elements. This service includes: drain fresh
water tank and water heater; blow out water lines with compressed air, including toilet, shower
and sinks; fill P-Traps with anti-freeze; pump anti-freeze through water lines with water heater
bypass already installed.
